Andrew Palhetas has more than 20 years of experience investing in real estate, and for more than 15 years he has coached investors through Rock Star Real Estate, helping hundreds of people navigate real estate and build long-term wealth through live classes, coaching, podcasts and education.
Before real estate became his full-time focus, Andrew worked in IT as a Director of Business Development. At 27 he was profiled in Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine (September 2012) for building a portfolio of eight investment properties, most of them rent-to-own, and for using joint ventures to keep growing when bank financing ran out.
